RCP is committed to educating, elevating, and empowering Canadian girls and women. Our programs help contestants realize their potential, value, and strengths through targeted workshops and mentorship from industry leaders. As a registered non-profit, all entry fees directly support event production, scholarships, and participant resources. Our ten titleholders receive $1,000 cash scholarships and gifts from our sponsors, making RCP Canada’s most accessible and meaningful scholarship-based pageant program.
Cheryl Kozera
National Director
Having been involved in pageant management and production as well as consultation in contestant training for pageant preparation for well over a decade, Ms. Kozera attributes her love and passion of this industry and the personal development of the girls she has worked with to her success. Her philosophy of treating contestants as equals, that they are all winners and that they will leave this experience a stronger, more confident young woman is what encourages contestants to become involved in her pageants. Having earned an excellent reputation with many dignitaries, business owners and organizations, Ms. Kozera makes it her mission statement to treat all people as important as the next and to make them comfortable in her presence. Cheryl Kozera has been awarded the “Crystal Crown Award” from pageant icon, Mrs. Joan Hart, President of Canada Pageant Management Strategy for her dedication and excellence in pageant management and production. The production of the Miss North Ontario Regional Canada Pageant is a dream she has held for many years and intends to bring Northern Ontario pageantry into a new era introducing a new approach of stage production and pageant management.
Executive Producer
Natalie is a seasoned runway, public speaking and confidence coach. She has always been an advocate for empowering women through pageantry. With over a decade of experience, she prides herself in producing a world-class pageant. Her passion lies in helping participants shine from within, showcase their strengths, and achieve their full potential.
A proud advocate for RCP’s mission to empower, educate, and elevate Canadian women, Natalie believes pageantry equips women with essential life skills—like mastering interviews, building confidence, fostering community involvement, and unlocking global travel opportunities.
Beyond pageantry, she enjoys hosting events, engaging in theatrical arts, hiking, and traveling, always embracing opportunities to inspire and uplift others.
She looks forward to ensuring the RCP events achieve a high standard of excellence while leaving a lasting impact on participants and the audience. Empowered Women, Assemble!
Creative Producer
At a young age, Catherine has been involved in the pageant industry. At the age of 11, she entered her first pageant, Miss Pre-Teen Capreol, which created Catherine ColasimoneCatherine Colasimone many opportunities. Winning titles of Miss Pre-Teen Capreol, Little Miss Sudbury, and Miss Valley East, also placing 3rd Runner up at Top Teen of Canada. She grew up dancing, modelling and acting, as well as being heavily involved in athletics. Catherine has been involved with the Miss North Ontario organization for 8 years as a contestant and volunteer and has a true passion for the pageant as well as the pageant industry. Through pageants, Catherine has expanded her volunteer experience across a number of charities in Northern Ontario, and now in Kingston such as The Relay for Life, Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer, Canadian Cancer Society, and the CIBC Run for The Cure. She graduates from Laurentian University with a degree in Sports and Physical education. With her passion for working with others is what brought her into her career in business and customer relations. She currently works at FrontRunner Professional, a technology company based in Kingston Ontario, where she works day-to-day with clients all across North America.
Creative Director
Katlyn Kotila is a keynote speaker and community leader from Sudbury, Ontario. Inspired by personal loss, Katlyn is committed to empowering youth and northern communities through her work in mental health and inclusivity. As a former Miss North Ontario delegate and Miss Confidence Canada, Katlyn brings her pageantry experience and passion for personal growth to her role, focusing on confidence building, self-expression, and community connection.
Her workshops, including the renowned “The Legacy Effect,” have inspired thousands of people worldwide, promoting resilience and self-worth. As the co-founder of Northern Ontario Pride Connection, Katlyn is no stranger to leadership. Recognized with the 2023 Women of Inspiration Award for Advocacy and Catalyst for Change, Katlyn’s dedication to empowerment and advocacy is central to her work at Regional Canada Pageants, where she strives to foster a supportive, inclusive, and impactful experience for all participants.
Operations Manager
Andrea brings her organizational and multitasking skills to the team. From our head chef for delegates and staff to be the JILL of all trades, she makes Andrea Stevenson things happen pageant weekend. Her dedication to being involved since the inception in 2005 is recognized and acknowledged. Her most important contribution is keeping everyone on their toes with her wit, humour and positive attitude, a crucial component to running a successful event.
