Cheryl Kozera

National Director

Having been involved in pageant management and production as well as consultation in contestant training for pageant preparation for well over a decade, Ms. Kozera attributes her love and passion of this  industry and the personal development of the girls she has worked with to her success. Her philosophy of treating contestants as equals, that they are all winners and that they will leave this experience a stronger, more confident young woman is what encourages contestants to become involved in her pageants. Having earned an excellent reputation with many dignitaries, business owners and organizations, Ms. Kozera makes it her mission statement to treat all people as important as the next and to make them comfortable in her presence. Cheryl Kozera has been awarded the “Crystal Crown Award” from pageant icon, Mrs. Joan Hart, President of Canada Pageant Management Strategy for her dedication and excellence in pageant management and production. The production of the Miss North Ontario Regional Canada Pageant is a dream she has held for many years and intends to bring Northern Ontario pageantry into a new era introducing a new approach of stage production and pageant management.
