Welcome to the Regional Canada Pageants (“RCP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website. By accessing or using our website, registering as a delegate, purchasing event access, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.


Use of Website


This website is intended to provide information about Regional Canada Pageants, including event details, registration, sponsorship, and related programming.

You agree to:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or submitting forms
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website


We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.


Delegate Registration & Eligibility


By submitting a registration or application:

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You understand that participation is subject to eligibility requirements outlined by RCP.
  • For delegates under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.


Regional Canada Pageants reserves the right to decline or revoke participation if eligibility criteria are not met or if conduct is deemed inappropriate.


Payments


All registration fees, sponsorship fees, ticket purchases, merchandise purchases, and related payments must be paid in full by the deadlines communicated by RCP.


Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of participation or access without refund.


All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.


Refund Policy


All payments made to Regional Canada Pageants are final and non-refundable.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delegate registration fees
  • Deposits
  • Installment payments
  • Sponsorship fees
  • Ticket purchases
  • Workshop fees
  • Merchandise purchases
  • Optional competition fees


No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Illness or personal emergencies
  • Disqualification
  • Travel issues
  • Failure to compete
  • Changes in personal circumstances


By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


In the event that RCP must reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control, fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date and will not be refunded unless agreed upon by both parties.


Code of Conduct


Delegates, parents, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times, both online and in person.

RCP reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or damaging to the organization or other participants. No refunds will be issued in such cases.


Media & Promotional Use


By participating in Regional Canada Pageants events, you grant RCP the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during events for promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

For minors, parental/guardian consent is required.


Intellectual Property


All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, and materials, is the property of Regional Canada Pageants and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


Limitation of Liability

Regional Canada Pageants is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged property
  • Travel disruptions
  • Third-party vendor services
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Participation in RCP events is voluntary and at your own risk.
